Well, that’s enough Olympics for now.
I woke up and watched a portion of men’s cycling.
Couldn’t find a good livestream of Federer v. Falla until Fed won.
Caught some swimming.
Simultaneously watched USWNT of soccer defeat Colombia and some of the Bryan Bros match through livestream while the US women’s basketball team played on my TV. Most American part of my day.

Well, the Olympic Opening Ceremony is now finished.
A slow start with a few rough (and by rough, I mean boring) patches,
but the highlight definitely, and will always be, the parade of nations.
I love seeing the world come together to support their respective homelands
and even supporting other countries.
I love the competition, the pride, the diversity.
Everything is just beautiful.

So the Olympic tennis draw was released today.
I’m so stoked for the Olympics in general, not just tennis.

It’s weird listening to some music I got into when I started high school. Such strong feelings and situations are tied down these songs. Hearing them again just brings me back to those days. It’s just funny to think about what all happened back then and how much I’ve changed since. I know it’s cliché, but time really does fly by.
